St. Louis, Mo.-based Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a personal fairness agency, introduced the acquisition of Alliance Commercial Pest Control by PestCo Holdings.

Situated in Tinton Falls, N.J., Alliance Business Pest Management is a supplier of business and residential pest management in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. With the backing of PestCo’s staff and sources, Alliance Business Pest Management is positioned to proceed to increase its enterprise throughout the area’s business meals beverage sector.

Phrases of the transaction weren’t disclosed. That is the sixth funding for PestCo, an acquisition firm and a TSCP portfolio firm.
