ST. LOUIS — Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a personal fairness agency based mostly in St. Louis, introduced the acquisition of Alliance Commercial Pest Control by PestCo Holdings, a TCSP portfolio firm.
Situated in Tinton Falls, N.J., Alliance offers business and residential pest management in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. With the backing of PestCo’s staff and sources, Alliance goals to proceed increasing its enterprise throughout the area’s business meals and beverage sector, TSCP reported. Phrases of the transaction weren’t disclosed.
That is the sixth funding for PestCo, an acquisition firm shaped to consolidate the pest management trade.
